MEET KIMBERLEE

TWENTY FIVE YEARS OF TAX AND ACCOUNTING. ZERO INTEREST IN MAKING IT SOUND COMPLICATED.

I’m a registered tax agent with degrees in Commerce and Law, previously a member of CPA Australia, with over twenty years of experience across tax, accounting, finance, superannuation and business.

Over the past 25 years I’ve:

  • Led finance and tax teams in Australia and internationally

  • Set up national divisions for global tax companies

  • Worked with fintech startups and e-commerce businesses

  • Built and run multiple small businesses

I’ve had the privilege of serving as treasurer on the board of a number of charities and recently served as a board member of the State Theatre Company of South Australia and chaired their Finance, Audit and Risk Committee.

But credentials aside, the thing I care about most is women understanding money.

Because when women understand money, they gain independence, freedom and choice.

Here’s the awkward truth.

I’ve always known what I was supposed to do with money.

And yet… there have been plenty of times I didn’t do it.

Avoided things.
Put things off.
Pretended future Kimberlee would deal with it.

Oh the shame. I’m finally finding my way.

So if you’ve ever ignored your finances because they feel confusing, overwhelming, or slightly terrifying…

You’re not broken.
You’re normal.

A few other things about me:

  • I’m ‘way too much’ but I’m almost ok with it. The ADHD diagnosis helped

  • Will give you an epic TV show recommendation because I watch ALL the shows

  • Wannabe florist

  • Eggs are gross

  • Anything apricot, peppermint, lemon curd or custard related is the bees knees

  • My jewellery brand, Pop Rock Park is currently raising $15k for the Zahra Foundation.

  • Geranium - my gift and homewares business is opening in the Adelaide Central Market expansion.
